I want to say these are also part of the Flight Nostalgia pack. The Air Jordan 3 Chlorophyll is a throwback to the Air Trainer in the same colorway.
These come with a green hangtag instead of the usual orange.
What was preventing me from buying these was at first I was having trouble thinking what I would wear with these. However, now that I have them in hand, I can see there are lots of possibilities. These pair well with black pants and a grey top thanks to the black and grey areas on the shoe. The eggshell colored midsole makes these also work well with khaki colored pants/jeans. These also can work with light colored denim based on the shade of grey used. Overall I just kind of ignore the green parts of the shoe with respect to making an outfit and instead focus on the grey, black and offwhite areas.
I was going to pass on these, but the prices came down so much they were hard to pass up! Sometimes kicks like these hit rock bottom prices only to be surprisingly valuable down the line. I think for a discounted price you get a very nice shoe and a solid pair of 3s to add to the Jordan collection.
How Are The Materials?
I’m not going to say these are good quality, but I can’t say they’re terrible either. The materials are fairly average for an Air Jordan 3 non-OG colorway. The uppers are a very short haired suede/leather and although nothing feels luxurious, everything is at least very soft to the touch. Ultimately we get a somewhat budget yet nice texture.
How Do They Fit?
These Air Jordan 3 Chlorophyll fit true to size. They are pretty comfy and basically provide a typical Air Jordan 3 level of comfort. Like other AJ retros, wearing these all day is inadvisable, however for a few hours of casual wear, these are definitely tolerable.
